| Vision Statement Our Vision of Hidden Hills is to have a community where: − The structure is democratic and inclusive and where all homeowners have the opportunity to participate and contribute in addressing issues that are relevant to the protection of our property values and the well-being of our neighborhood. − Maintenance of individual property is a priority. − There is residential support of the Hidden Hills Country and Golf Club − Homeowners are safe. − There is widespread support for the Hidden Hills Civic Association, (HHCA), from homeowners through active participation, membership fees, and maintenance of common areas. − The leadership is strong, active and involved in the wider community; and where realtors, developers, agencies, and entrepreneurs seek the Association’s support for local economic development initiatives. − The schools in the community offer quality education and there is a supportive relationship between the school and Hidden Hills Community. − The phases within Hidden Hills are tightly knit; and where families are involved; including our youth and our elderly; and where there are family friendly amenities. |
