Hidden Hills is a mandatory covenant community governed by the Hidden Hills Civic Association (HHCA) and its duly elected board. Dues are annual and payable by February 15th each year. The HHCA meets 10 months in the calendar year. Residents are encouraged to participate and stay abreast of current happenings in the neighborhood.
